I help brands create differentiated service and product experiences based on customer insights and the organization's core offerings.
With a background in copywriting and advertising, a big part of my job is helping brands articulate who they are and what they stand for, both internally and externally. A powerful brand articulation allows organizations to rally behind a common understanding of core beliefs so they can connect with customers in a relevant and authentic way.
